Google Pixel 9A is rumored to launch this month, which is most likely in the coming week. While there is no official notification yet, a new leak confirms the design and camera of the upcoming phone. This is not the first time that Pixel 9A has seen a leak. So, what is new this time? In the hands-on video, Tipster showed the camera of Pixel 9A in action. It also aligns with the previous rumors of the design of Google Pixel 9A.

YouTuber Alexis Garza, who posted the content about Pixel 9A before being removed earlier, shared a new YouTube shorts video featuring the device in a wrestling program. In the video, Garza used Pixel 9A to capture the high-ups of wrestlers, which gives a brief look on the phone’s camera interface.

While the video does not reveal any major new details, it exposes available zoom options -0.5 x, 1x, and 2x-matching expectations.

The phone shown in the clip is the black version, which is likely to be the name “Obesidian” according to Google’s naming pattern. This time, the design of the pixel 9A has a more subtle form, in which the camera bar is easily mixed in the back, it makes a cleaner, understanding.

Google Pixel 9A is expected to release on March 19, 2025, possibly on March 26, 2025 in both the US and Europe. But what about India? Google Pixel 9A is taking shape to having a mid-range powerhouse, borrowing certain features from the Flagship Pixel 9 series. It will reportly run on the tensor G4 chipset, which will be paired with 8GB LPDDR5X RAM, and providing storage up to 256GB. For additional protection, it may also include a Titan M2 chip.

The phone features a 6.3-inch AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Recently, a leaked image of Tipster Ivan Blass revealed the front design of the Pixel 9A, which looks similar to the Pixel 9 and 9 Pro models. It plays rounded edges on the frame, slightly larger front camera and visible antenna lines.

For enthusiastic people of photography, Pixel 9A may include 48-megapixel main camera and 13-megapixel ultra-wide lenses. Battery life improves with a 5,100mAh battery supporting 23W wired charging and 7.5W wireless charging. The device is also rumored to the IP68 rating, which provides better protection against dust and water than its predecessors.
