Broadcast network CBS and Dick Clark Productions have confirmed that Glaser will host the 84th edition of the awards ceremony. The Golden Globe Awards will air live on Sunday, January 10, 2027.
With the announcement, Glaser joins an exclusive club of repeat Golden Globes hosts, along with names like Ricky Gervais and popular hosting duo Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, who have returned to attend the ceremony multiple times.

Reacting to the news, Glaser shared his excitement with his characteristic humor. According to Variety, she joked, “I’m thrilled to host the Golden Globes for the third time, not only because it’s my biggest show ever, but because my sister has three kids and now we’ll be equal in the eyes of our parents and in the eyes of God.” He also indicated that he hoped to cement his place among the most memorable repeat hosts in awards history.
Golden Globes President Helen Hoehn welcomed Glaser’s return and praised her distinctive comedic voice. They added, “Nikki’s sharp humor, fearless wit and authenticity make her a perfect fit for the show. We can’t wait to see what she brings to next year’s ceremony.”
Executive producers Ricky Kirshner and Glenn Weiss also praised Glaser’s performance as host. Weisz described him as “one of the hardest-working people I’ve ever met in this industry”, and said that his preparation and dedication made him a natural fit for the role.
Beyond the Golden Globes, Glaser has a packed slate ahead. She will next be seen in a new stand-up special titled good girlis set to premiere on Hulu on April 24.
