Thalapathy Vijay’s film The Greatest of All Time has made a blockbuster start to its second weekend at the box office. The film is expected to cross the Rs 200 crore mark in the next two days.

Thalapathy Vijay’s The Greatest of All Time ended its first week on a grand note and has now entered its second weekend at the box office. As per trade website reports, the Venkat Prabhu directorial earned Rs 6.50 crore on its second Friday, taking its total collection to Rs 184.50 crore in nine days. SaconilcIt is expected that the film will touch the Rs 200 crore mark by this weekend.

The collections saw a drop on weekdays, but now it is expected to make up for it at the ticket window in the second weekend. After crossing the Rs 200 crore mark, it will surpass Vijay’s lifetime highest grossing film Leo, which grossed Rs 341.04 crore in India.

  • Friday: Rs 25.5 crore

  • Thursday: Rs 6.75 crore

Interestingly, GOAT has registered a spectacular collection in Tamil Nadu and has become the fifth highest grossing Tamil film in the state. It grossed Rs 184.50 crore in nine days, of which Rs 156 crore came from the Tamil Nadu market alone. This is more than the collections of Baahubali 2, which grossed Rs 152 crore in its lifetime run in the state.
