Talking about Moira’s character, she revealed how, being a local resident of the city of Normal, the woman also had hesitant dreams. After returning, things are not the same for her, but taking part in the busy city lifestyle, she easily accepts this routine. The actress says, “It’s fun to be a slightly awkward, off-center character who thinks – Moira thinks – she’s cooler than she is, so it’s fun to play that.”
Lena Headey opens up about working with Bob Odenkirk and Ben Wheatley
Talking about connecting with Bob Odenkirk on set, he said, "Bob is great to work with. I’ve always admired his work, so it’s really fun to do a one-on-one scene with him. He’s a great actor, and there’s scope for his acting; We can change the lines and find different ways to do it. It’s like what we do in everything we do as actors.”
As far as Ben Wheatley is concerned, the actress called him a British legend whose work she has always liked. “He’s everything I hoped he would be, which is that he’s done everything. He’s very calm and does the thing that I think very confident directors do, which is allowing people to do what they want without controlling every little movement or thought of an actor. So it feels very comfortable and very easy.”
Describing Normal as a must-see film due to its cast and crew, he concluded that it is a ‘fun, action-packed little slice of weirdness’. General premiere on April 17, 2026.
