Genelia Deshmukh gets involved in long-term work debate, 10-hour shifts are not impossible

Amidst the ongoing industry-wide discussion on the work-life balance in the film’s world, actor Jenalia Deshmukh has shared his views on an hour-long working hours of management. Her comments have come after reports that Deepika Padukone came out of ‘Spirit’ directed by Sandeep Reddy Wanga, allegedly refused to allow her request for an eight -hour working day. Genelia said that she often works 10 hours a day, and sometimes more, but believes that the film is part of the production process.

Debate on working hours in the film industry attracted attention After Deepika allegedly left ‘soul’He made some demands before exiting the project. These included eight hours of working day, a part of the film’s profits, and not speaking his dialogues in Telugu. Director Sandeep Reddy Wanga allegedly rejected these requests.
The issue held extensive discussions, in which celebrities like Mani Ratnam, Ajay Devgan and Neha Dhupia supported support for Deepika’s attitude. Actor Triptai Dimri was later designed to replace him, while Deepika moved to a new Telugu project with director Atley and actor Allu Arjun.
