Game Changer starring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani is all set to release on the big screens on January 10 during the festival of Pongal. With the release date fast approaching, fans are eagerly waiting for the film to hit the theatres. As we anticipate its grand theatrical launch, let’s take a look at the first review of the S Shankar directorial shared by Pushpa 2 director Sukumar.

At the pre-release event of Game Changer in Dallas, Sukumar addressed the crowd and revealed that he watched the film with Chiranjeevi. The filmmaker said that he wanted to give the first review of the film. According to him, the first half and interval were mind-blowing.

He said that the flashback episodes in the second half of the film shocked him. He told that this was absolutely unprecedented. Sukumar further said that he enjoyed it as much as Shankar’s other films like Indian and Gentleman.

Sukumar said, “First part, amazing. Interval, blockbuster. Trust me. In the second part, the flashback episodes gave me goosebumps, phenomenal. I enjoyed it as much as Shankar’s Gentleman and Bharatiyadu (Indian) Took.”

The director also expressed hope that Ram Charan would win a National Award for his performance in Rangasthalam. Although that did not happen, he believes that this film might have fulfilled his dream.

Sukumar shared that he was confident that the actor would win the award for Rangasthalam and said that many others thought the same. Referring to the way Ram Charan portrayed the emotions in the climax of the film, he said that it gave him the same feeling again.

“I was sure that Charan would get the National Award for Rangasthalam, others too. But, the way he depicted the emotions in the climax of the film, I felt again. He performed so well, he should definitely get the Will get National Award for this,” Sukumar concluded.

While Ram Charan and Kiara Advani will play the lead roles, SJ Suryah will play a prominent role in the film. In the film, the RRR star is expected to play the role of an IAS officer who fights against the corrupt political system.
