Inspired by the famous ’56 shop ‘in Indore, the initiative is being seen as a major step towards developing Delhi as a hotspot for night tourism and local culture.

Taking hints from Indore’s stir ’56 shop ‘, it is known for its vibrant street food and cultural vividness, the purpose of the Delhi project is to promote tourism. Under this scheme, a specified area in Delhi will come to life, especially after sunset, which will create a festive atmosphere.
From Chaat in Old Delhi to Chhol Bhechar of Karol Bagh, many types of street food will be depicted along with live music. This idea is to promote a pleasant environment, where people of all ages can be relaxed and involved by adding a novel dimension to Delhi’s nightlife.
An important highlight will be a food truck serving a dish flavor at a time.
According to Delhi Cabinet Minister and NDMC member Parvesh Verma, the government is preparing to install these food trucks to improve nightlife. These trucks will be deployed in areas like Connaught Place and Chandni Chowk. Pak happiness from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, trucks will highlight the rich tastes of Old Delhi.
Local economic boost
