Recently, the actress showed her full body workout on her Instagram account. In the video, Malaika started with some weight training exercises, she started with squats and side leg raises, this exercise activates the glutes and improves hip range of motion. After this, she did some side abs with lunges while holding her dumbbells. The next set of exercises were sumo squats which are extremely beneficial for lower body strength building exercises.
