Filmmaker Prashanth Neel talks about the box office performance of his December 2023 release Salaar. In an interview, Neil mentioned how he was “a little disappointed” with the film, especially after enjoying the massive success of Yash’s KGF 2. The filmmaker mentioned that he is confident of making up for it with Salaar 2. The film starred Prabhas and stars Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead role.

Prashant Neel talks about this in an interview with Carrom Vashi Salar’s performanceHe said, “I’m not completely happy. I’m a little disappointed with the amount of effort I put in in the first half.”

He further shared, “Subconsciously, I was a little satisfied with the arrival of KGF 2. But ever since it happened, I decided to make Salaar 2 one of my best films.”

Sharing an update on Salaar 2, Neil said, “The writing I have done in the film is probably one of my best works. I make up for it more than I could ever imagine and more than the audience can imagine. Going to do.” I’m very confident, and I’m confident about very few things in my life – Salaar 2 will unquestionably be one of my best works.” The video was posted on the YouTube page of production house Hombale Film.
