Fardeen Khan remembers when a female fan requested him not to do ‘adult’ films like No Entry; ‘Come, you have such a dirty picture…’

No Entry is one of the most loved comedy films in Bollywood and was the highest-grossing film of 2005. Recently, Fardeen Khan, who plays a pivotal role in the film, shared an amusing yet memorable experience with a female fan who requested him not to do the same. To be a part of films like No Entry because it was based on cheating husbands.

Fardeen Khan sat down for an interview with Mashable India, where he recalled a memorable interaction at the airport with a female fan. In contrast to the love the film received, the actor revealed that this female fan, along with her husband and teenage children, had requested him not to do such a film.

Recalling the situation, Khan humorously said, “She said, Fardeen I am a big fan of yours but if you come, aisi gandi picture no entry ki na, itni adult picture, I will not be your fan.” (I am a big fan of yours, but if you do an adult film like No Entry again, I will not be your fan.)

He said the woman narrated how her husband and children would leave everything whenever they saw the film being telecast on television. He mentioned that he would not like the film’s story about adultery and fraud.

Apart from sharing a conversation with fans, the Khel Khel actor recalled his wonderful memories of working on the film with director Anees Bazmee, Salman Khan and Anil Kapoor. He praised the writing and directing skills of the filmmaker and noted how Salman Khan added his unique charm to the film, taking it up a notch.

Fardeen revealed that they all had a fun camaraderie on the set, and sometimes they would laugh and have fun to such an extent that it became difficult to look into each other’s eyes during filming.

Khan recalled, “For half of this picture, I never looked at Anil Kapoor because I started laughing so loudly. I looked away so it was like that.”

No Entry was a comedy film released in 2005. It was directed by Anees Bazmee and dealt with sensitive topics such as infidelity along with humor. Apart from Fardeen, the film featured Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Lara Dutta, Bipasha Basu, Celina Jaitley and others in important roles.
