The film directed by Aditya Dhar comfortably crossed Rs 1000 crore collection, which is a big milestone at the box office. Now, Pinkvilla has exclusively learned that Yami Gautam will be seen in a special cameo in Dhurandhar: The Revenge.
As per our sources, “Yami’s role is action-packed and extremely important to the story. She has already shot for around 5 days, and though it is a cameo, it is an important part that will surprise the audience.”
Yami Gautam has played some excellent, powerful roles. In Kaabil she played the role of a blind woman fighting for justice and in Uri: The Surgical Strike she played the role of an intelligence officer. In Bala, he played social themes warmly, but his intense roles in thrillers like A Thursday, Tenth, Article 370 and HAQ surprised everyone. Directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Aditya Dhar and produced by Jio Studios and B62 Studios, Dhurandhar marks a return to story-driven action cinema.
