Ethan Hawk is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Classic 1995 romantic drama before Sunrise, the film inspired the cute trilogy of director Richard Linklator.
On Monday, January 27, Hawk, now 54, appreciated the anniversary with a trip down memory lane in an Instagram post, consisting of three images with the first Sunrise co-star Julie Delpie and director Richard Linklator. He reminded of the night that Robert Redford, the founder of the night, presented the film. Hawk said it was a memorable night.
Hawk wrote, “This time before the sunrise 30 years ago, our film started in Sunrise. Redford itself introduced it. Great Raat.”
Released in 1995, before Sunrise introduced American passenger JC with the audience and his counterpart, Soline – French student, with whom he coincides with his acquaintance in Europe. His brief but deep connection established two sequels – before sunset in 2004 and before midnight – that Jesse and Syline were re -seen in other periods in his life.
Actor Tuffer Grace said the first trilogy in the “best trilogy of all time” comments. The film series, which is known for her realistic dialogue and deep emotional resonance, was always a crowd among the cinefiles.
Although Hawk, Dellpy, and Linklator discussed a potential continuity of the franchise, Dellpy declared in 2021 that they did not come to a concrete idea to tell the further story of JC and Soline.
According to Delpy, there was only one of them compromise that all three of them had the perception of re -writing if it matched the artistic caliber of the previous three films.
Julie Delpie told the variety, “What happened that we three – we – we agreed that we cannot do anything good for a fourth. It is so easy. We do not fight. We are not on bad terms. .
For now, fans can stream before Sunrise starring Ethan Hawk, Julie Delpi and Andrea Acket on Netflix.
