In a video posted on Aaj Entertainment’s YouTube channel, Jawed Sheikh recalled his experience working with Emraan Hashmi in Jannat. The actor said that producer Mukesh Bhatt hired Kunal Deshmukh to direct the film. Even though the two actors had major scenes in the film together, they first flew to South Africa for the shooting of the film.

At that time, the filmmaker introduced Imran and jaws up each other. But according to the Pakistani actor, when he extended his hand as a welcome gesture to the Indian actor, he gave him a very cold response. In fact, he did not respect his gesture and even removed his face.
