Emraan Hashmi on feud with Mallika Sherawat: We were young and stupid then
Emraan Hashmi has reacted to his fight with ‘Murder’ co-star Mallika Sherawat. The actor recalled the fight and said how young and stupid both of them were at that time.

After Emraan Hashmi reconciled with Mallika Sherawat at an event, the actor expressed his desire to work with her again. Things turned sour between the two after some harsh comments were made towards each other after the release of their blockbuster erotic thriller ‘Murder’ in 2004.
During an Interview News18, The actor recalled that time and how the two got through it. “We were young and stupid at that time. You go through a phase in your life when your decision-making power is so limited that you become very impulsive. There were some mean things she said and some I did. But those are all in the past. We put all that aside. It was a long time ago. It was great to see her and meet her. She was very warm and so was I. She is one co-actor I wanted to work with again,” said Emraan.
“It was very warm and cordial. I saw him after a very long time. I don’t think we had a meeting like that after a long time. I met him twice after the release of Murder,” he said, referring to his absence from Anant Pandit’s daughter’s wedding last month.
Emraan Hashmi and Mallika Sherawat’s breakout hit was Anurag Basu’s 2004 erotic thriller ‘Murder’, which mesmerized fans with their sizzling on-screen chemistry. However, their relationship turned sour when they publicly criticised each other.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Emraan will be next seen in ‘Showtime’.
