The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) of Elon Musk has split an alarm by demanding access to a system with the US tax office, which has detailed financial data about millions of Americans, the US media reported.
The world’s richest person, US President Donald Trump, has worked with musk by Kasturi, which is considered useless or contrary to his policies.
The Washington Post and others reported that the latest request is for wide access to the Dogi officials, the Internal Revenue Services (IRS) system, property and dataset.
This includes integrated data recovery system (IDRS), which is usually extremely limited and which provides “immediate visual access to some taxpayer accounts” according to IRS.
The report said that until Sunday evening, the request was not made.
According to ABC News, it has split alarm within the government and between privacy experts, which say that the use of musk to private taxpayer data can be exceptionally dangerous.
“Those who share their most sensitive information with the federal government do this under this understanding that it will not only be used legally, but will be handled safely and in ways that the identity theft and Lowering risks such as individual invasions, which brings this reporting to a serious question, “Elizabeth Laord, who is the former state privacy officer, who is now with the Center for Democracy and Technology, told ABC.
White House spokesman Harrison Fields said, “waste, fraud and abuse have been deeply entangled in our broken system for a very long time.”
“The system has a direct access to recognizing and fixing it.
Fields said, “Dogi will continue to shine a light on fraud, as they are worth knowing that their government is spending dollars by earning its hard work.”
