Seen “Didi” was shown harassing the footage of surveillance on Monday in the sex trafficking and raccizing trials of Comombs, allegedly capturing music Mogul while attacking his ex-girlfriend, Kesandra Ventura at the Los Angeles-Arias Hotel in 2016.

In the footage, Combes are seen wearing a towel, trying to throw Ventura on the ground, kicking him that she tries to reach a lift, and later hurts a vase in her direction. He also draws his belongings in the hallway. Ventura is seen lying motionless before making a call to help using a wall-mounted hotel phone.

Testifies about the post -security guards attack

Former witnesses, Israel Florez, a former security guard, according to Reuters, he testified that he responded to a crisis call from the hotel. Describing Ventura as “scared” and “hiding in a corner”, Florez said that Combes tried to hand over a cash heap to her, which means it was a bribe to remain calm. Florez claimed that he refused the money.

Allegations of sex trafficking underlined

Comombs has requested not to be guilty for five serious allegations, including sex trafficking and racketering. Prosecutors allege that Combes lured women in relationships, including them among drug-fuel sex parties-called “Freak of”-and then blackmailed them using the encounter footage.

A witness, Daniel Philip, told the gamblers that she was paid to have sex with Ventura, while Combs saw. He described an encounter at Gramarsi Park Hotel in New York, in which Ventura allegedly sought massage before extending the conversation.

Prosecution: ‘She viciously attacked women’

In opening arguments, prosecutor Emily Johnson stated that Combs “attacked women regularly” when they refused to participate in their parties. He promised many women to testimony to the gamblers, claiming that physical and emotional misconduct has been faced.

Defense: ‘These were consensual relationships’

The Attorney of the Comombs, Ten Geragos, said that prosecutors were incorrectly presenting consent relations as criminal conduct. Another lawyer, Mark Agnifilo, suggested that the hotel incident stems from a personal dispute and suspects the victim of Ventura.

Family support and court atmosphere

Inside the court room, the mother of the Comombs and six of her children were present. He smiled and kissed his family before the proceedings started.

Testing for the last two months is expected, there will be testimony from several accused and former employees.
