Didi did not consider guilty of expanding the prosecution: ‘These are not new allegations’

Music Mogul Scene “Diddy” Comombs has requested not to be guilty of allegations of new extended federal sex trafficing, shaking the entertainment industry while maintaining its innocence in a high-profile case.
The 55 -year -old rapper and the producer filed their petition in the Manhattan federal court on Monday to the US District Judge Arun Subramanian. The update prosecution now involves five criminal calculations – original three – alleging that Comombs used its music and fashion empire to sexually abuse women in two decades from 2004 to 2024.
Didi’s legal team continued to claim that the allegations stems from pre -long -term relationships and do not consist of any new claims or individuals. “These are not new allegations or new accused,” his lawyers said in a recent statement. “They include consent relations with women from their past.”
Comombs has consistently denied all the allegations, depicted the case as a stems from pre -relations and stressed that the allegations are being incorrectly presented. He is currently being conducted in a Brooklyn Detention Center pending test.
Judge Subramanian announced that the jury selection would begin on May 5, with the arguments set for 12 May. Raksha Attorney Mark Agnifilo indicated that the team could seek a small delay to review new email evidence from one of the alleged victims. The judge, however, indicated to pursue the intention of the court rapidly. Judge Subramanian said, “We are a freight train that is moving towards the test.”
The prosecutors allege that between 2004 and 2024, Comombs used their business empire to sexually abuse women, forcing them to participate in the so-called “Freak Offs”-involved-men were often taken to state lines in sexual encounters with sex workers.
The founder of Bad Boy Records also faces several civil cases filed by both women and men who accused them of sexual exploitation.
A career seen by a legal battle
Comombs, which stage names are puff daddy and p. Also known from Didi, Mary J. in the 1990s and the early 2000s. Played a major role in shaping the career of artists such as Bluege, Fath Evans and The infamous Big. But federal prosecutors say that there was a disturbing pattern of derogatory behavior behind fame.
The prosecution refers to an incident from 2016 in which Combes was seen physically attacking a woman at the Los Angeles Hotel on a monitoring video. CNN also broadcast a video of 2023, in which Comombs was attacked with an ex -girlfriend Kaisa Ventura. While Comombs later apologized, his legal team insisted that these incidents do not prove criminal conduct.
