Travis Kelce and his brother Jason teased the appearance of a “very special” guest on their podcast, and Swifties are starting to decode if it could be the pop star! On the December 18 episode of the New Heights Podcast, former Philadelphia Eagles standout Jason revealed that he “finally got somebody that 92 percent of the people were asking for.”
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end hyped the announcement, saying, “Everybody has.” Given that his relationship with Taylor Swift has been the talk of the town over the past few years, fans have been waiting to see them at an event together.
Bringing the Cruel Summer hitmaker to the podcast will further promote the channel. However, the Kelce brothers previously stated that 92% of their listeners are interested in the NFL and sports talk, but the remaining 8% listen because of the music icon and Travis’ girlfriend.
So, it’s possible that the tease isn’t entirely about Swift. Jason continued to tease, “You’ll want to see him. We won’t let you do that – well, (fans) will probably tell you who it is.” After fans of Kelce and Swift shared their guesses, the brothers revealed WNBA superstar Kaitlynn Clark as the guest artist.
“My money’s on Caitlin!” One listener wrote. “Oh, it’s definitely Caitlyn,” said another. However, some fans hoping to hear Swift’s name were disappointed. New Heights has invited many special guest stars, including Adam Sandler, Paul Rudd, Arnold Schwarzenegger and, most recently, Bill Murray. Hopefully, it won’t take long for Swift to get to the show!
Travis was spotted hanging out with Clarke during last month’s Eraz Tour show. Time Magazine reported at the time that the Blank Space singer had given Clark a personal gift of four bags of merchandise from the iconic tour. It reportedly included a card stating that the 2024 Rookie of the Year was “inspirational to watch from afar.”
The outlet also claimed that Swift told Clarke that she and Travis were excited to go to a Fever game because her Eraz Tour was coming to an end and invited Clarke to attend a Chiefs match.
