In an interview with Q Bousyo, Fahd Fasil was asked to call for an international film. However, the actor clarified that the director was unaware of his tone and asked him to stay in the United States for 4 months without remuneration.
In his own words, “He didn’t like me. After the audition, he rejected me. In fact, he did not reject me, but he worried about my pronunciation. He asked me to stay in the USA for 3.5-4 months, even without payment. That’s why I decided to let it go; otherwise, I did not feel a fire to do so.”
Fahd said that the host mentions the Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu by the name, “If not for the audition, I don’t think I would have got a chance to consider it too. However, I spoke on a video call with him, and I think after the conversation, I felt that I was not looking for the man he was looking for.”
