Veteran actor Ranjeet recently celebrated his granddaughter Diya’s birthday by dancing with her on the popular track FA9LAThe song, performed by Bahraini rapper Flipperachi, has gained popularity in India after appearing in the recent blockbuster film, Dhurandhar.
A video of the dance shared by Ranjeet on Instagram instantly gained attention online. In the clip, Ranjeet is seen dancing to the song. FA9LAShot on Akshay Khanna in Aditya Dhar’s film stalwartRuns in the background. The light-hearted moment showcased a different side of the actor, who is known for his negative roles in Hindi cinema.
Ranjit chose a casual look, wearing a loose, full-length olive-green kurta and a printed headscarf in earthy tones. The outfit gave her a casual, slightly bohemian look, which was different from her usual screen presence.
The actor captioned his Instagram post: “Girls keep me dancing! Now see, my 6 year old granddaughter Diya pretended to be crazy and danced on her birthday and I liked it very much. You guys also do the same with your children – you will remain fit. (Girls always make me dance! Now see, my six-year-old granddaughter Diya went out and made me dance on her birthday and I loved it. You all should do the same with children – you will stay fit) (sic).”
Ranjeet gained fame through his acting Shy (1971) after being recommended by Sunil Dutt. His work in films like Sawan Bhadon And Reshma and Shera Strengthened its reputation in the industry.
