Actor Dhanush’s father Kasturi Raja spoke to a news portal and termed Nayanthara’s claims as false. He also told that his son does not want to comment on this issue.
Actor Dhanush’s father Kasturi Raja on Tuesday, November 19, reacted to Nayanthara’s viral open letter against his son. According to a report published in The Times of India‘S samayan On the portal, the filmmaker rubbished Nayanthara’s claims of chasing Dhanush to get the NOC. He said that neither he nor his son has time for people who talk behind their backs.
The director reportedly said in Tamil, “Work is important for us. We are running ahead. There is no time to answer to those who chase us or who talk about us behind our backs. Like me. , My son is also only focused on work.” As Nayanthara said, waiting for two years is not true information. He said I don’t want to talk about it.
In her three-page letter shared on Instagram on Saturday, November 16, Nayanthara accused Dhanush of deliberately preventing content from her film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan from being featured in her documentary titled Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairytale. He mentioned that the actor had sent him a notice of Rs 10 crore for a BTS clip, which was shot on his personal equipment on the sets of the film, and is now a part of the documentary.
Nayanthara alleged that he was holding a personal grudge against her and her husband Vignesh Shivan and this was reflected in his decision of not providing NOC to his team. The 40-year-old actor also called Dhanush a ‘tyrant’ and a small-hearted person who does not follow what he preaches in his speeches during film events.
Dhanush has not said anything on this issue yet. Meanwhile, the actor’s documentary is streaming on Netflix.
