She also said that she pays extra attention to her skin on some days.
"Also, there is one day a week when I like to do a little more work out...full body massage, face mask, hair mask," she wrote.
She further wrote, "All of the above must be practiced consistently and carefully. Because I don't know any other way. And it's been that way ever since I can remember..."
