Pre-orders for Samsung’s new foldables ended this Wednesday and both are now on open sale — that means Samsung.com is no longer offering pre-order deals.
However, Amazon still offers a free storage upgrade for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6, which means you’ll get the 512GB model for $1,900. In addition, the retailer is also offering a $300 Amazon gift card.

Check out Motorola’s competitors before buying the Z Flip6. During the Prime Day sale, the price of the 2023 Motorola Razr dropped to $333. A deal like that isn’t coming back anytime soon, but the year-old clamshell foldable is currently down to $400, which is still a very low price for a foldable.

The current Motorola Razr 2024 sells for $700 without any discounts. It has a usable 3.4” cover display (vs. a line display) and the better but still great Dimensity 7300X chipset (vs. the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1).

The Motorola Razr+ 2023 might be a better fit for you. The year-old flagship is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, which surpasses the mid-range Dimensity, and has the same 3.6-inch cover display as the Razr 2024.
A new unit costs $600, which is $100 less than the Razr 2024, but you can also buy a refurbished unit for $450.

Samsung has found some issues with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, but the vanilla Galaxy Buds3 uses a different design, which appears to be unaffected. A new pair of Buds3 comes with a free clip case.

However, for $50 more you can get the OnePlus 12R. It has a better quality display (6.78” LTPO 1.5K vs 6.6” FHD+), a faster chipset (SD 8 Gen 2 vs Exynos 1380) and a better battery (5,500mAh 80W vs 5,000mAh 25W). There are a few disadvantages, such as the A35 is more water resistant (IP67 vs IP64) and has a microSD slot.

Nothing new The CMF Phone 1 is proving very popular in Europe and India, but it’s also available in the US – to a lesser extent. It’s part of the US beta program and since it wasn’t designed for this market, network compatibility is spotty.
Some T-Mobile 5G bands are supported, but not all, so the phone often drops to 4G, depending on where you live. AT&T’s 5G bands are not supported at all, so it’s all 4G. The phone is not usable on Verizon.

If you want to experience CMF’s design, we would recommend buying the new watch or buds instead of the phone. The CMF Watch Pro 2 has swappable bezels and straps for a customizable look. It has a 1.32” 466 x 466px 60Hz round OLED display, IP68 rating, and built-in GPS (with support for Strava, Google Health Connect, and Apple Health). The watch promises up to 11 days of normal use (9 days of heavy use).

The CMF Buds Pro 2 have a unique feature – there’s a dial in the case that lets you control the volume. An actual, physical dial, which is much more accurate and reliable than touch controls. There’s another reason to take a look at the CMF Buds – you don’t usually expect a dual-driver design (11mm dynamic driver + 6mm planar tweeter) on $60 buds. With LDAC support and ANC (up to 50dB noise reduction), these are surprisingly capable.
