Cyber ​​Monday deals: Android flagships, foldables, tablets, and accessories

With Black Friday behind us, it’s time to turn to Cyber ​​Monday – a similar shopping holiday with a greater focus on electronics. For today, we’ve picked out mostly smartphone and tablet deals, as well as some accessories and a bundle for PlayStation fans.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will remain Samsung’s camera flagship for a few more months. That said, rumors on the S25 Ultra point to limited camera upgrades (50MP ultra-wide) and the outgoing model is currently under $1,000.

The Google Pixel 9 Pro has an impressive set of cameras of its own, the same cameras that are on the larger Pro XL model but without the extra size.

Samsung’s foldables won’t be replaced until the second half of next year. Both the 256GB and 512GB variants of the Galaxy Z Flip6 are priced under $1,000.

It looks like cheap horizontal foldables are still a long way off, so we’ll have to rely on deals like this – the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 is about $500 off right now.

Motorola has an affordable and capable flip foldable with the Razr+ (2023). The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 is still faster than many mid-range chips and you get a relatively large 3.6” cover display with full app support, so you can do a lot even with the phone turned off.

Alternatively, you can get more processing power (Snapdragon 8 Gen 2) for less money with the Motorola Edge+ (2023). It features a curved 6.67” cover display and a 50+12+50MP camera with a 12MP 2x portrait module, along with a 60MP selfie cam and a 5,100mAh battery with 68W/15W charging.

At a slightly lower price we get the Google Pixel 8a. The Tensor G3 is no match for the Snapdragon in terms of performance or efficiency, but the Pixel has better software support (7 years) than Motorola.

Samsung’s entire FE lineup is discounted – the Galaxy S24 FE, Watch FE (available in Bluetooth and LTE versions), Buds FE and two tablets (11” and 12.4”, both 90Hz IPS LCD).

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 is the company’s only current 11″ OLED tablet as the Tab S10 series only covers two larger sizes. It costs more than the similarly-sized Tab S9 FE, but you get a flagship chipset (Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 vs Exynos 1380) in addition to an OLED display.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ somehow has DeX support despite only having 4GB of RAM — you can get the S-series multitasking feature on a $150 tablet. Of course, it won’t be as fast, but it’s good enough for studying and office work.

There’s also the Google Pixel tablet, which costs the same as the 11″ Tab S9 FE and offers its own 11″ display (60Hz IPS LCD). It supports split-screen multitasking, which isn’t as advanced as DeX, but still gets the job done.

Next up, some microSD cards from SanDisk. You still have devices with microSD slots, right? Well, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Tab A9+ have slots (but the Pixel tablets don’t). Anyway, SanDisk Extreme is suitable for running apps with its A2 rating and has high transfer speeds. The SanDisk Ultra is available in 1.5TB sizes, but is better suited for multimedia consumption – the A1 rating means lower IOPS and transfer speeds are also slower.

Finally, Sony’s PlayStation 5 Slim (Digital Edition) is priced under $400 right now. For another $350 you can get into VR with a PlayStation VR2 headset, controllers, and more Horizon: Call of the Mountain bundle. Or you can purchase an additional DualSense controller for $54.
