Rajinikanth’s latest outing, Cool, started a good note in Hindi, but lost his grip post in the weekend of festive weekend. The action drama became an average artist in the Hindi belt.
Coolie nets in the second weekend set to cross 4.10 crores, to cross Leo’s lifetime cum
Sun Pictures, Cool: Bancolrol by The Powerhouse, started his early day with Rs 4.25 crore. It wrapped its initial weekend on a net of Rs 18.50 crore in 4 days. The film did a proper business over the first weekend, however, it could not be strong further.
The film Lokesh Kanagarj collected Rs 1.30 crore on the first Monday, which saw a major decline. Cool, then remained stable and collected Rs 1.55 crore on Tuesday. After this it went below the mark of Rs 1 crore and a confrontation of Rs 90 lakh, Rs 75 lakh and Rs 85 lakh from Wednesday to 2 Friday. The film increased somewhat on Saturday and Sunday and Rs 1.50 crore and Rs 1.75 crore respectively.
The total cool of cool is now Rs 27.10 crore in Hindi. The film is ready to cross the lifetime Hindi cum of Leo Ki Leo’s Leo by the end of its theater run. Based on the current trends, Coolie is expected to end its box office travel at a mark of Rs 35 crore.
