Congress leader Sazarita Latphlang shared a video and requested Shah Rukh Khan to visit his former teacher brother Eric D’Souza, whose health is reportedly deteriorating. In a video message, she informed the actor about Eric’s deteriorating condition and requested him to visit his former guru in Goa.

In another tweet, he described Eric as Shah Rukh’s guru and stressed the seriousness of the situation.

In the video message, Sazarita said, “Please take a few minutes to visit him. Mumbai is not that far from Goa. It is just an hour’s flight. His health is deteriorating and he cannot speak anymore.”

He captioned the video, “This is my last appeal, my last attempt to reach out to @iamsrk to humbly request his presence with brother Eric S D’Souza. Every day, Bhai’s health is getting weaker, his condition is getting worse with each passing moment. May his ailing heart find solace in Mumbai, just an hour away by flight. DASU has left an indelible mark on all our lives, shaping us into what we are today through his unwavering commitment to instilling values. Your visit would mean the world to him, a ray of hope in his darkest hour.”

Furthermore, the politician also posted a video on X as proof, highlighting the bond between Eric and Shah Rukh. “For those who may have doubts, I would like to share this video, which will clear up any uncertainty about the relationship between Shah Rukh Khan and brother Eric S D’Souza. Those wondering why such a meeting matters should understand that brother Eric was more than a stranger to her – he was a mentor, a guiding light. I do this in honor of my mentor, so that he may find peace in knowing that their bond is cherished and may he be healed or go to a happier place,” she wrote.

He said that he tried to contact Shah Rukh through his manager but was unsuccessful.
