Mohanlal-Starr Hotta Mumbai was a blockbuster when it was released in 2007. Directed by Anwar Rashid, the film became a fan for action-pack scenes mixed with humor. Now, it is prescribed for a dramatic re-relief. This news was confirmed by Niranj, son of producer Manyanpila Raju, on social media.
A social media user tagged Neerj in a comment on Instagram and sought updates to re -release Chotta Mumbai in 4K. The person wrote, “@niranj_maniyanpillaraju bhai, we want Chotta to release the craze for the film again.
Responding to the comment, Manianpila Raju’s son confirmed that Mohanlal starrer would definitely kill the big screen and wrote, “This is also happening.”

In Mumbai, Mohanlal plays the role of Vasco da Gama, the son of a wrestler named Michael living in Fort Kochi. He leads a gang of criminals of short time. Although involved in petty crimes, they are more attractive than harmful. Vasco, also known as Tala, often disappoints his father, who dreams of better life for him.
Vasco arranged for an autorickshaw driver Lata, a marriage broker has been established by a wedding broker. Lata has planned to work with her lover, but asked Vasco to reject marriage. He agrees, but when she reveals the participation of her lover in human trafficking, she returns to her.
During a visit with his father, Vasco is a witness to a murder by Satheson, brother of a corrupt police officer. The event triggers a series of events that shape the rest of the plot.
The Chotta Mumbai is directed by Anwar Rashid and Beni P. It is written by Nayarbamalam. The film is produced by Manianpila Raju, Ajaychandran Nair and Raghuchandran Nair.
