Nusharat Bharucha and Soha Ali Khan’s Chaudhary 2 are all discussing for the right reasons. The recently released teaser promises a spine-3, which establishes high expectations for scary fans. Meanwhile, director Vishal Furia has shared his views on the position of Bollywood horror and shared that he has lost the honor and drowned for ‘B-grade status’. With Chhorii 2, they aim to restore the reliability of the style and bring back its classic essence.
In a recent chat with Mid-Day, Vishal Furia shared her views on the current situation of Bollywood horror, and said, “Bollywood Horror has been more than a Sled Fest. It has lost its honor and has got B-grade status.”
However, with Chaudhary 2, he has to change the notion by combining the horror with a strong story storytelling. His approach, known as ‘Social Horror’, uses supernatural elements to highlight issues such as inequality and harassment, ensure fear after a long time of credit rolls.
Earlier, the teaser of the much awaited sequel Chori2 was released and it set the internet abs. Sneaky peak already left fans, pointing to an even more frightening and entertaining story.
With a bone-chilling teaser, the manufacturers also confirmed the official release date of the film, establishing the stage for another ghost experience. Her announcement came with a spine-shock message: “Once again, Kir… Woh Khet, Woh Khatra, Woh Khaf … #Chhorii2onPrime, 11 April.”
Directed by Vishal Furia, the sequel continued the legacy of the acclaimed prequel by its reviewers, which extends bets for a more intense and terrible story. T-series, abundant entertainment, psychological, and supported by Tamarisk Lane Production, the film has promised to give fear as before.
Returning to her role as a witness, Nusharat Bharucha once again takes the center stage, while Soha Ali Khan steps into the franchise in a major and unexpected role, adding another layer of mystery. The film also includes an influential actors’ contingent, including Gashmier Mahajani, Saurabh Goyal, Pallavi Ajay, Kuldeep Saren and Hardika Sharma.
