Choreographer Jani Master permanently expelled from Dancers’ Association
According to reports, choreographer Jani Master has been permanently expelled from the Dancers and Dance Directors Association following sexual harassment allegations leveled by her former assistant.
Choreographer Sheikh Jani Basha, popularly known as Jani Master, has reportedly been permanently expelled from the Dancers and Dance Directors Association following allegations of sexual harassment.
The decision to form the association was taken during the elections held on 6 December, where choreographer Joseph Prakash was elected as the new president. According to reports, this marks Prakash’s fifth term and Jani Master’s permanent exit from the association.

Following his release, Jani Master posted an emotional video on Instagram, depicting his return home. The video shows a heartfelt reunion with his wife and children, with the family embracing him after his stay in detention. Furthermore, during First public appearance after arrest, On stage, Jaani praised his wife and thanked her for standing by him like a pillar during difficult times.
Jani Master’s expulsion from the Dancers and Dance Directors Association follows her earlier suspension in September. His removal was finalized during the recent elections, a significant blow to his career. The association has refrained from commenting on the allegations but has distanced itself from the choreographer amid the controversy.
