Vicky Kaushal is preparing for the grand release of his upcoming film Chhaava. On January 20, the makers of the film unveiled four new looks of the actor from the upcoming historical action film. Chhaavaa, directed by Laxman Utekar, will release in theaters on February 14, 2025.

In the new poster, Vicky Kaushal can be seen resembling the four elements that make up the earth: air, water, fire and earth. He looks fierce, which shows the bravery, wisdom, strength and steadfast spirit of Sambhaji Maharaj, son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Along with the poster, the makers captioned, “The water is the same, the storm is the same, the lion is the #shadow of Shiva.#ChhaaawaTrailer will arrive on January 22nd! Will be released in theaters on 14 February 2025.”

Chhaava was initially scheduled to release on December 6, 2024, a day after the release of Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule. Earlier in August, the makers had released the teaser of Chhaavaa, which had raised everyone’s curiosity. Vicky Kaushal will be seen in the role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj in the film. Apart from Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika Mandanna and Akshaye Khanna also play lead roles in the film.

Directed by Laxman Utekar, Chhaava is a historical action film based on Shivaji Sawant’s Marathi novel of the same name. The film is produced extensively by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films. Cinematographer Saurabh Goswami, editor Manish Pradhan and composer AR Rahman are part of the technical team.
