Charlie Puth has announced the birth of his first child, son Jude, via his social media accounts on Monday morning. The See You Again hitmaker confirmed that her newborn was welcomed into the world on March 13, 2026, and while the singer got a chance to share the happy update with the world about 10 days later, she opted to keep it private for over a week to celebrate amid family.

The star also revealed some adorable, never-before-seen looks at her first child, including a glimpse of the amazing babyishness on his face. He also showed close-up shots of his baby’s lips and nose, him bottle-feeding while sitting on a chair, the newborn lying on his mother’s chest with a J pendant worn by his wife Brooke Sansone, and some of the milestones his little extended family is now able to enjoy.
These include the baby drinking more than 30 milliliters of formula, the new parents successfully swaddling their baby, and the star playing The Beatles’ song In My Life for baby Jude, which likely inspired his name, as can also be seen in Charlie Puth’s Instagram caption, which reads, “Hey Jude (blue heart emoji) 3.13.26.” It not only announces the name of the baby but also its birth date 10 days in advance.
