Set in the atmosphere of Charak Mela, a festival known for its deep religious fervor, the trailer shows a local community gearing up for one last chance to see their long-standing prayers answered.

As the traditional rituals of the festival become more extreme, the story takes a turn towards a much darker and more sinister atmosphere. What begins as a genuine expression of religious faith eventually turns into an unstable and paranoid situation. The imagery portrays a setting where spiritual devotion overtakes passion, highlighting the precarious difference between deep-seated faith and total ruin. Ultimately, the film aims to challenge the consequences of fundamentalist fanaticism rather than attack faith.

He said, “As an artiste, I am very careful about bringing a story to light without compromising cinematic values, and Charak It is exactly the same. This is a very important story because it shows you the difference, that thin line, between belief, faith, and your understanding and education. It shows you where to stop when filtering things through your faith and science.”
