News of Bobby Deol and Jr NTR joining hands together is doing the rounds on the internet, but the animal connection doesn’t end there. As per reports, Rashmika Mandanna might be roped in for the female lead role.
Apart from the news about the star cast, details have also been revealed about the backdrop of Dragon, which is set in Europe during a particular era, making it a period drama.
How did NTR31 become a dragon?
According to Pinkvilla’s exclusive report, the title Dragon was first registered in Karan Johar’s name. Earlier this title was reserved for Ranbir Kapoor and Ayan Mukherjee’s film Brahmastra, but later it was adopted due to major changes in the story of the film.
When Jr NTR asked Karan Johar for the title, after just two minutes of discussion, Karan Johar handed it over to him as a goodwill gesture.
Jr NTR and Karan Johar have developed a very close bond over the years. The veteran Bollywood producer will be presenting the Hindi version of Deevra under the banner of Dharma Productions.
