Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer The Buckingham Murders grossed Rs 1.62 crore in India. On the second day, the film saw a marginal increase from its first day. Directed by Hansal Mehta, the film has been screened at several film festivals.

The Buckingham Murders released in two volumes – one in Hindi and English and the other in Hindi dubbed version. The film had a slow start at the box office on the first day. However, it saw a slight jump on the second day by earning Rs 2.41 crore. The total collection now stands at Rs 4.03 crore.

This Kareena Kapoor film did not face any major competition in Bollywood. However, it has released at a time when previous films like Stree 2 and Thalapathy Vijay’s GOAT are performing strongly in theatres. This could be one of the reasons behind the slow box office collection of the film.

Buckingham Murders will release in theatres on September 13, 2024, featuring an ensemble cast of Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ash Tandon, Ranveer Brar and Keith Allen. Directed by Hansal Mehta and written by Aseem Arora, Kashyap Kapoor and Raghav Raj Kakkar, the film is a joint production of Mahana Films and TBM Films. Presented by Balaji Telefilms, it is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ekta R Kapoor, and also marks Kareena’s debut as a producer.
