Police officers are currently investigating a theft in Los Angeles neighborhood. Burglers reportedly broke into a mansion of USD 5.5 million, allegedly owned by Brad Pitt. According to reports, the incident occurred when the film star was promoting his recently released film F1.
Official officials confirmed that three men broke the mansion and left the scene with an unknown number of objects.
Details about alleged theft in Brad Pitt’s La property
After preliminary investigation, police officials issued a statement, where it was mentioned, “Three suspects broke into the residence through the front window, broke the location, then left the location with diverse property.”
While this was not confirmed by LAPD, who was near the mansion, Associated Press reports confirmed that the Wolfs actor had bought a house for USD $ 5.5 million in April 2023.
Officials also confirmed that no one was present at the residence at the time of theft. With the investigation, the authorities have yet to identify the suspects and determine the value of the stolen items from the house.
Earlier, the mansion was owned by oil successor Elene Getty, who went to exchange property with the actor. In turn, he bought Pitt’s old house in Hollywood Hills at a cost of USD $ 33 million.
Apart from his La House, the Fight Club Star also owns a property in Carmel-Bai-C-C, which he bought in 2022.
Meanwhile, the actor is currently busy promoting his latest release, F1. In one of the interviews during the press tour, Brad Pitt said, “Man, I am doing this for a while and was thinking: Do I have more stories to tell? Do I have anything to add it? Is there still any enthusiasm that I can get from this?”
He said, “(This film) again strengthened the whole thing for me again.”
F1: The film will be in theaters on 27 June.
