Kingdom targets USD 800K at US premiere, the biggest start for Vijay Devarakonda
Till 5:30 pm (Wednesday, 30 July), the Kingdom has recorded a USD 531K Bangar Pre-Billi for the US Premier at the 925 shows at 278 places. Action thriller, directed by Gauvam Tinnuri, has sold around 28,000 tickets for the premiere show. The film is aiming to bring around the USD 800k from its North American premiere show, which is not only the best beginning of Devarakonda, but also more than other growing Telugu stars including Nani.
The spectacular east-selling of the Kingdom Vijay indicates the biggest inauguration of Devarakonda’s career. The film is also very hot in its local markets- Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It is expected to open on a solid note in both Telugu states and other Indian markets.
