Aamir Khan -led Sitare continues with its healthy run at the box office across the land, as the film has collected Rs 5.75 crore in its fourth weekend, taking the total net collection to Rs 155 crore. Social drama jumped Rs 1.00 crore to Rs 1.00 crore on Friday and Rs 2.25 crore and Rs 2.50 crore respectively on 4th Saturday and 4th Sunday. Under the direction of RS Prasana, the number continues to receive the number in urban markets, and now it is near the T&T of its run.
Sitare land cross -lifetime collections can now fall from Rs 165 crore to Rs 170 crore, which is more or less in the same range of RAID 2 and Housefull 5. One has to note that, given the controlled budget and a good dramatic trend, a hit venture has emerged at Citaare Zameen Par Box Office.
This decision is largely run by the projection of the weekend-to-week of this Aamir Khan starrer, as the film has been protected from family audiences every Saturday and Sunday since its release. The box office is now much better because mid-range films have started performing well, and cinema is no longer a medium for tentpol glasses.
In the north of Rs 200 crore, a Finnish Sitare would have been sweet for the ground cross, but on the first Monday, the drop put more or less curtains on a dual -century dreams in India. However, this is a good result for Aamir Khan starrer, and a very important hit for the actor, bringing him back into business.
