Mahavatar Narasimha, directed by Ashwin Kumar, is doing miracles at the box office. The animated film has recorded another solid weekend despite the release of two biggest films of 2025.
Mahavatar Narasimha adds Rs 16.40 crore in the 4th weekend; Near a mark of Rs 150 crore
Presented by Homebell Films, Mahavatar Narasimha became Jai Santosi Mala of modern cinema. The animated film released on 25 July does not discuss almost any discussion, however, its Word-off-Mouth has actually worked well that is immediately translated into the footfall. After opening with Rs 29 crore in its first week, Mahavatar Narasimha added Rs 50 crore to Tally in the second week, followed by Rs 48.50 crore in the third week.
The film entered the 4th weekend with a strong hold. It collected Rs 5.50 crore on Friday (Independence Day), followed by Rs 4.95 crore on Saturday and Rs 5.95 crore on Sunday and the 4th weekend Cum reached Rs 16.40 crore at the Hindi box office, despite facing a difficult competition with War 2 and Cool-Powerhouse.
The total 24-day box office collection of Mahavatar Narasimha is now Rs 143.90 crore. It will overtake the net mark of Rs 150 crore in a few days and then the film will march towards the 200 crore box office club. Since both War 2 and Coolie are open to mixed-bag reactions, Mahavatar Narasimha is expected to show better traction in the coming few weeks. The next big release from Hindi cinema is the ultimate beautification, which has been released on 29 August.
