Loca Chapter Forest- Chandra, Kalyani Priyadarshan and Nasleen starring, wreaking havoc at the box office. Despite being released in a conflict with Mohanlal and Fahd Fasil Starers, the Malayalam superhero film is currently dominating the box office. On a modest budget, Dular Salman’s Bancolol was done by Vafarr films, Loca is set to emerge as the highest-grossing female-centric film in Kerala.
Not only Kerala, but also in other markets, the film is doing well. Loca Chapter One- Chandra started his box office on day 1 with Rs 3.2 crore. It recorded a good spike on its second day and collected Rs 4.5 crore. The superhero film went to Bonkers on Sunday and jumped about 100 percent. It collected Rs 9 crore on its third day. And now, the film has recorded another spike on Sunday.
Loca Chapter One- Chandra increased by Rs 11.3 crore on a day 4, near a mark of Rs 30 crore
Starring by Dominic Arun, Loca recorded more than Rs 11.3 crore on its fourth day, causing a total of Rs 28 crore in the early weekends extended at the Indian box office. Out of which, 16 crore rupees came alone from the turf of their home, while other Indian markets contributed to the remaining.
Kalyani Priyadarshan starrer will lead the struggle against Hridaypurpurvam and Odam Kuthira Chadam Kuthira by a big margin.
The film is set to emerge as a large blockbuster at the box office, marking the beginning of a new superhero cinematic universe. To emerge as the biggest female -led film in Kerala, Loca must overcome the lifetime of the Telugu film, Mahanati, in which Karthi Suresh has played the lead role.
