Brad Pitt LED F1 has shown a great trend at the box office in India, as the film refused to show any decline in the collection in the week. After scoring Rs 20.75 crore in the initial weekend, F1 collected Rs 3.25 crore on Monday, followed by Rs 3.50 crore on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. With this, the Brad Pit starrer has a 7-day total of Rs 34.50 crore, and the film will aim to hit a half-century at the Indian box office before the end of the second week.
F1 IMAX is scoring unprecedented businesses on assets, which has contributed 30 percent to the total business, and is also holding all the premium screen in the second week. Interestingly, there is a decline in showing the IMAX format in India due to competition from another Hollywood film, Jurassic World: Rebirth And as a Hindi film Metro in dino,
In an ideal world, the film should have performed better in the week two, but the internal politics of national series has resulted in a decline in performance, but the film is certain to get the film back back in the weekend due to the demand of the audience. The film should hold itself over a mark of Rs 3 crore on Friday, and then on Saturday and Sunday, there will be an increase of Rs 5 crore.
The F1 is a bonafide hit in India, and will now be aiming to achieve super hit tags, if it shows the same leg in two and three weeks three. These are excellent figures for a non-franchise/non-IP film in India, and this trend indicates a huge acceptance from the audience going to the cinema. In all possibilities, the film will show strong legs in the coming few weeks, and will try to hit a mark of Rs 70 crore by the end of its run in India.
