Blackstone-backed Knowledge Realty Trust issued commercial papers for Rs. 500 crore collected

To meet its expansion plans, Knowledge Realty Trust (KRT) has issued commercial papers on private placement basis to raise Rs. 500 crore has been collected.

According to a regulatory filing, the borrowing committee of KRT’s manager, Knowledge Realty Office Management Services Pvt Ltd, has approved KRT’s disbursement of only Rs. Approved the allotment of Rs 10,000-denominated commercial paper for a total principal amount of Rs 500 crore.

The commercial papers are valid for a period of 91 days from the date of allotment, which is May 12, 2026, at a discount.

Commercial papers are proposed to be listed in the wholesale debt market segment of BSE Limited.

Knowledge Realty Trust, co-sponsored by Bengaluru-based Sattva Group and Blackstone, is India’s largest REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust). Its portfolio comprises 29 premium office assets totaling 46.4 million square feet as on December 31, 2025.
