Bigg Boss Tamil 8 Highlights: Rhea evicted from Vijay Sethupathi-hosted show
Riya is the fifth contestant to be eliminated from Bigg Boss Tamil Season 8. Following complaints from fellow contestants, Vijay Sethupathi warned Soundarya to change her behaviour.
It’s been six weeks since Bigg Boss Tamil Season 8 hosted by Vijay Sethupathi aired on Vijay Television. On 7 November, Rhea Thigarajan became the fifth contestant to be eliminated from the show. He entered the show two weeks ago as a wildcard contestant. Riya broke down and kept saying again and again that she did not deserve this. Rhea Thiagarajan is an actor and a popular Bigg Boss Tamil critic.
The last week’s task was discussed in Saturday’s episode of Bigg Boss Tamil Season 8. The Bigg Boss house turned into a school where some contestants were performing as teachers and others as students.
Muthukumaran was awarded as the best well-behaved student by the teachers. Vijay Sethupathi spoke to the contestants about the task and how it brought back memories of his school and childhood days.
On Sunday (November 17), Vijay Sethupathi warned Ryan about appearing disinterested in the show. She was asked how she felt when she was changed to the women’s team. While he was explaining, Soundarya suggested some words that he could add, which angered Vijay Sethupathi.
Later, the host asked Soundarya about her facial reactions. Her family claimed that her reactions were hurtful and neglectful. She started crying when everyone blamed her and Sethupathi asked her to work on it.
Vijay Sethupathi then gave cards to each of them with a series of numbers and asked them to see if the numbers were listed on a board placed in the garden area of the house. Riya’s number was not in the list so it was understood that she had been thrown out of the show. Rhea is heartbroken to know that her time in Bigg Boss Tamil has come to an end.
Muthukumaran and Sachana give him the medal he won during the school task. Rhea was inconsolable and expressed her shock while talking to Vijay Sethupathi. The anchor was also stunned to see how Rhea could not agree with her elimination.
Vijay Sethupathi then met the contestants inside the house and announced that the men and women would now have to switch houses. Now women will take charge of the kitchen and store room.
