Popular TV actor Shehzada Dhami, who is a contestant on Bigg Boss 18, opened up about her ouster from the popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. During the premiere episode, Dhami criticized the producers of the show for their ‘unprofessional behaviour’ on the sets. He also responded to the allegations of ‘attitude problem’ leveled by director-producer Rajan Shahi.

Talking about her experience, Shehzada Dhami recalled being ‘yelled at’ by the makers of the show. He said, “I was the lead actor, playing a lawyer in a TV show, for which I had to work 15-hour shifts for six months without taking breaks for meals or holidays. Like any dedicated actor, , I poured my heart and soul into this project, working tirelessly to make the show a success. To my surprise, I was suddenly discharged without any notice, I was given an urgent meeting by the producer The producer) publicly humiliated and insulted me in front of the entire cast and crew of about 150 people.”

Shehzada further added, “On my first day of shooting as a lawyer, the director requested that I wear a bracelet up to my wrist. However, the creative head approached me and questioned the choice of the bracelet, and insisted that They were inconsistent with character and lawyers don’t generally wear them.”

She explained, “Before shooting the next scene, I remembered to take off the bracelets and give them to the wardrobe team. When the director saw I was no longer wearing them, he became angry, and scolded me for removing them. I attempted to explain that the creative head had instructed me to do so, but my explanations were met with more shouting and aggression, I was shocked by their unprofessional behavior.”

Shahzada further added, “The next day, when I reached the set, a senior female artist came to me and held my hand, asking me something. As I was about to go for my shot, someone called me from behind. When I informed the woman I needed to leave, she refused to let go of my hand.”

The TV actor further said, ‘When all this was happening, the director came behind me and started scolding me. He yelled at me and demanded that I follow his instructions. He said, ‘Listen to me at once. The second time I blow you, understand. This shouldn’t happen next time (Listen to me once. It will be very bad if you repeat what you said to me. Understand?
