Due to heavy monsoon rains in Mumbai, many areas are facing waterlogging and Amitabh Bachchan’s house Jalsa has also come into the limelight. Videos of flooding outside the veteran actor’s prestigious Juhu bungalow and water reportedly entering parts of the property have surfaced online and are being shared widely on social media platforms.
The viral clip shows rain water accumulating around the entrance of Jalsa, while clogged drainage systems have contributed to flooding in the area. As the rain continued throughout the weekend, scenes of waterlogging immediately caught the attention of fans and social media users.

These videos came amid a major flood-like situation in many parts of Mumbai, with residents sharing pictures of submerged roads, overflowing drains and traffic congestion due to incessant rains. This situation has once again exposed the city’s recurring monsoon challenges.
Jalsa, one of Mumbai’s most famous celebrity residences, often attracts hordes of fans eager to catch a glimpse of Amitabh Bachchan. However, recent visuals showed a different scene, with flood water instead of the usual crowd of fans outside the bungalow.
It remains to be seen whether the floods outside Jalsa will affect Amitabh Bachchan’s regular Sunday darshan or not, with no announcement made yet from the actor or his team.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Amitabh Bachchan is preparing for the sequel Kalki 2898 AD. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film reunites him with Prabhas and Kamal Haasan. Bachchan’s portrayal of Ashwatthama was one of the highlights of the first installment.
He is expected to reprise the role in the upcoming sequel, although a release date has not yet been announced.
