Bhagyashree not only loves to enjoy food but also shares easy-to-make recipes with her Instagram family. She brings unique food tips through her “Tuesday Tips with Bee” series. Recently, Bhagyashree posted a video featuring two nutritious yet simple recipes to keep the tummy cool during the hot weather. Here’s Bhagyashree’s Pakhala Bhaat recipe in simple steps:
1. Cook the rice and let it cool.
2. Mix cold rice with buttermilk and leave overnight to ferment.
3. Heat oil in a pan, then add cumin, asafoetida, curry leaves, ginger and red chilli.
4. Mix this tempering in fermented rice.
5. Non-vegetarian people can eat it with fish, while vegetarian people like potato curry, brinjal bharta and onion badi.

Bhagyashree also shared the recipe of Kanda Badi in the same video:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add cumin, chopped onion, green chilli, badi (sun-dried lentil dumpling), spices and salt as per taste.
3. Fry the mixture for some time until it is cooked well.
4. Serve Kanda Badi with Pakhala Bhaat for a delicious meal.
