Bhagyashree’s in-flight menu included soft-spongy millet dosa served with delicious sambhar and thick and tangy coconut chutney. Wait! The journey of delicacies is not over yet. The second plate had soft and melt-in-your-mouth millet idlis. Accompanying them were the usual delicacies: sambhar and coconut chutney. According to Bhagyashree, the millet idlis were the “healthier version”. This proves that no matter how much of a foodie she is, she is equally conscious about eating right.
