Beyonce’s NFL Christmas GameDay performance with daughter Ivy to stream on Netflix
Beyoncé’s highly anticipated ‘Beyoncé Bowl’ halftime performance is coming to Netflix, bringing the magic of her live show to screens everywhere. With a star-studded lineup and a tribute to Texas culture, it’s set to be a spectacular event.
Netflix has announced that singer Beyoncé’s highly anticipated halftime performance, known as the Beyoncé Bowl, will be released as a standalone special this weekend. His elder daughter Blue Ivy also performed with him on stage. The live performance took place during Netflix’s inaugural NFL Christmas GameDay on Christmas Day 2024 and was held at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas during the Texans vs. Ravens game.
The show featured a dynamic setlist with tracks such as 16 Carriage, Blackbird, American Requiem, Yes Ya, Spaghetti/Riverdance, Levi Jeans, Jolene and Texas Hold ‘Em. Beyoncé’s eldest daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, also performed as a featured dancer. The performance included a tribute to Texas culture with appearances from guests such as Mexican cowgirl Melanie Rivera and bull-riding legend Myrtis Dietman Jr. Texas Southern University’s Ocean of Soul Marching Band provided accompaniment with 200 musicians.
Beyoncé’s performance also saw collaborations with artists such as Post Malone, Shaboozie, Reyna Roberts, Tanner Adele, Brittany Spencer, and Tierra Kennedy. Beyoncé, known for her iconic shows, has previously headlined the Super Bowl halftime show in 2013 and 2016.
