September Season is a bearish lean in Tu, the Nifty has closed down in the last 10 years, mostly executed by foreign capital flow because the fish became a net seller on many occasions.
The 50-Stock Index settled down in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2018, 2020 and 2022. In 2018, a sharp decline of 6.4%, followed by 3.7% in 2022. In 2016, the Nifty dropped by about 2%, while in 2015 the moderately dropped 0.3%. In 2019, 2021, 2023 and 2024, the Nifty closely closed, increased by 4%, 2.8%, 2%and 2.3%, respectively.
