Anushka Shetty sang, new poster out to release in theaters in July 2025
After facing several delays, the much-awaited action-crime drama starring ‘Ghan’, actor Anushka Shetty is set for a release on 11 July.

Anushka Shetty’s much awaited film ‘Gati’, after facing several delays, is finally set to hit theaters. The manufacturers have announced that the action-crime drama is scheduled for release on July 11.
The manufacturers shared the release date with a new poster on social media, captioned, “coming to claim its throne and conquers the box office #Ghaati Grand release worldwide (SIC) on 11 July (SIC).” The film was initially scheduled to hit theaters on April 18, 2025, but was postponed indefinitely. It is now set for the release of July finally.

In the release date poster, Anushka, Vikram Prabhu, and others carry the bag, as they indicate a deep and entertaining journey through a river. Directed by Krisha Jagramudi, the film has Vikram Prabhu and is presented by UV Creations, produced by Rajiv Reddy and Sai Babu Jagalamudi. ‘Ghata’ marked Anushka’s fourth cooperation with UV Creation.
‘Gati’ marked the reunion of Anushka Shetty and director Krish after her 2010 film ‘Vedam’. Despite multi-starrer actors including Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj and Manoj Bajpayee, Anushka managed to make a permanent impact with her performance in the film. He was appreciated for his bold role choice in ‘Vedam’. The reunion of the two has increased the curiosity of fans across the board.
Posters with “the victim, criminal, legend” and recent glimpses suggest that the film tells a dark and entertaining story about a woman that turns into a criminal mastermind in an illegal cannabis business from a victim.

The cinematography of the film is performed by Manoje Reddy Katasani, while Naghavi Vidya Sagar composed music. The art direction is handled by Thota Tharani, and is edited by Chanakya Reddy Torupu and Venkat N. Swami. ‘Ghan’ is set to release in many languages including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.
Meanwhile, Anushka Shetty was last seen in ‘Miss Shetty Mr. Polishti’ (2023), a romantic comedy in front of Naveen Polishti.
