Veteran actor Anupam Kher visited Manoj Kumar’s house and paid tribute to the legendary actor and even met his family and friends. Kumar died on April 4 after a prolonged illness in Mumbai.
On 10 April, Kher shared a group of pictures standing next to Kumar’s portrait. “Met #Manojkumar Ji’s friends and family paid my tribute! Thank you for your contribution in my life #Manoj Ji! As an actor/director and as an Indian!

Veteran actor Manoj Kumar received a state funeral. He was cremated on 5 April. Anupam Kher was among other actors, who also participated in Manoj Kumar, who was also the monkey of ‘Bharat Kumar’s prayer’ in Mumbai.
Kumar was popular for his patriotic films, which lovingly referred to him as ‘Bharat Kumar’. He was the recipient of a National Film Award And Seven Filmfare Awards. Some of his hit films include ‘Purba and Paschim,’ Kranti ‘and’ Roti, Capada and Maken ‘to keep some names.
